The 12-week Asian Body Transformation Plan is an online nutrition and fitness plan designed for men and women of all fitness levels who wants to burn fat, build strength and lean muscle and live a healthier life.
Created by our founder, Aqilah Norazman who has over 7 years of experience in the weight loss and fitness industry, her passion is to help as many Asians as possible live better through proper food.

We've brought up to have processed meats on the table and lots of store-bought bread and delicacy. And with the rising costs of living, eating healthy is a far taught because we've been told that eating healthy is expensive. (Let me stick to my $3 Nasi Lemak).
That’s why I created the 12-Week Asian Body Transformation Plan. I wanted to educate and guide as many Singaporeans and Asians out there on how to shift that mindset of ours and start putting in the energy in making and eating healthy food every single day, without breaking the bank. Personalised, tailored nutrition plan
You will be getting a personalised plan based on YOUR level of eating and your current lifestyle. We will be analysing your current habits and environment and create something that will make change easier for you.
You will get over 50 new recipes staggered over 3 cycles that is tasty and easy to prepare and most importantly, Asian. Of course, we will be giving you non-Asian options as well. Think pancakes, curries, stir-fries, pizzas and so many more.
Alongside your meal plan, I will build your training plan that can be done at home or in the gym. It will include a combination of short HIIT workouts and resistance training to help you burn fat and build lean muscle fast.
When you sign up to the 12-week Asian Body Transformation Plan, you will get check-ins every Thursday from your coach. If you like, you can still get support everyday via Whatsapp and email.
The reason the 12-week Asian Body Transformation Plan is so successful for so many people is because :
1. We understand Asians. We know what it’s like to live in countries like Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia where healthy food is not easily accessible especially when eating out is dirt cheap. How it works:
As soon as you sign up, you'll be given a detailed questionnaire and food diary to fill in. This is important for me to understand your current lifestyle, needs and goals when it comes to your nutrition and training.
I will then assess your questionnaires and crack my brain to come up with a tailor-made, personalised calorie and macronutrient guide and meal plan. I will take into consideration your allergies, favourite foods, family commitments and training regime to make sure your plan is individualised and most importantly, effective.
After 3-5 working days, I will send you the first phase of your Plan (Phase One). This is when your journey begins.
I will then check-in with you every Thursday to make sure you're progressing towards your goals. At the end of Phase One, you will then send me your results which will be used for Phase Two.
With constant feedback from you and I, I will then work out what is best for you moving forward. You will then receive your Phase Two Plan in 3 working days.
Congratulations, you did it! You're now an official 12ABT graduand and winner. You will receive your feedback by post in one week including details on how to make your new lifestyle sustainable. This includes a calorie and macronutrient guide too.
Post Graduation1-Habit Nutrition x PN ProCoach Program
At the end of 12 weeks, all 12ABT graduate will have the option to begin the one year PN ProCoach program. This exclusive graduate only program is open on a case-to-case basis and can be used to help you establish better eating, exercise and living habits. Hello there! I’m Aqilah Norazman and I am an internationally qualified Exercise Specialist and Sports and Exercise Nutrition Coach with experiences from all over the world. Most importantly, I've been in your shoes.
See, in April 2011, I was diagnosed as clinically obese. Standing at 1.69m and 84kg, I was unhealthy, I couldn't do much exercise and I was slowly killing myself. That was when I decided I should make a change, not for other, but for myself.
