In 2009, Aqilah would be the last person you’d think will motivate, inspire and touch people’s lives with her words. Born and raised in a middle income family, and grew up all her years moving countries, spending recess time in TAF clubs and struggling to get through school, Aqilah decided she don’t want to just be average. She wanted to excel. She wanted to be awesome. And she wants to be great in everything she does.
She decided one day to change her life, first by getting her fitness and nutrition straight, trying her hands out on different things, worked in 10 different jobs just to find out what she can be great at, failed uni time and again, got into serious debt at a raw age of 21, and finally after so many failures found her passion in educating, creating value and most importantly, helping others change their lives.
Today, Aqilah owns 1-Habit Nutrition (previously known as 15PAW Nutrition), an online Nutrition Coaching program based in Singapore and since it’s inception in October 2014, has had over 100 clients from all walks of life, circled around three different life-changing, nutrition centric programs. She is also very active on social media, from Instagram, to YouTube, to Facebook, always believing in delivering great value so the right clients will come to her.
Aqilah is now based in Singapore where she lives with three other housemates. When not working, she can be seen out and about powerlifting, hanging out with friends at Jalan Kayu or back in Sydney, Australia where her family and three beautiful nieces lives.
Aqilah can be engaged for any lectures, talks, seminars, even that meal prep session (so long as a kitchen is provided!). Here are some of her past engagements.
