When I first started with the idea of providing nutrition coaching services in Singapore in October 2014, I had a ton of ideas, hopes and faith — but zero expectations.
All I knew was I wanted to teach, educate, empower and inspire, at the same time help ordinary extraordinary people like you change your life through food, nutrition and great health choices.
I have to say, this past year has been nothing short of a bumpy rollercoaster ride. When I first started out 1-Habit Nutrition, I wanted to provide short term services, like meal planning and 15 week programs. That transitioned to a couple of face to face programs until finally, after constant testing and feedback from past and current clients, I settled on refining, improving and perfecting my one-year nutrition coaching and mentorship program and I’m glad I had to go through all that to finally find something that resonates in me, and in my clients.
Why? Because I had to do things mediocrely before I get to find something pretty epic. I had to fall and get back up before I get to find something that works. I had to fail, over and again before I can finally serve my clients, my followers and you. And I like it that way.
One thing I preach a lot in my programs is this – Never be afraid of failure. Let failure know you’re fearless. Let it be known. And for me to go through that in building up 1-Habit Nutrition is seriously the best thing I’ve ever done this entire year.
Most importantly, I’m not afraid of saying it just like I’m not afraid right now in telling you that I will be here, over the next 12 months, all through 2016 (and beyond).
I find utter pleasure in serving all of you, whether you’re my client or a follower on Facebook and Instagram and I won’t be stopping anytime soon. I find utter pleasure in teaching and educating you about food, and helping you make better decisions about health, one good habit at a time and I won’t be stopping anytime soon. I find utter pleasure in meeting all of you, either online or through my face to face seminars and I won’t be stopping anytime soon.
And I’d like you to join me in this journey to a better you.
I want you to know that every single decision I make behind the scenes of 1-Habit Nutrition is for you and I cannot wait to see you grow into a better person nutritiously and in fitness, alongside me as your coach and mentor. I hope whatever you choose to do over the coming year, whatever your goals are, and how deep your plans are, you’ll still choose to keep me and 1-Habit Nutrition with you in your life in one way or another.
Thank you for sticking by me in the past year, let’s make 2016 a great year in nutrition, fitness and health, at the same time being true to yourself, your vision and your goals.
