Hey you! If you’re new to 1-Habit (also previously known as 15PAW) then welcome to my world! That’s me at the top, basking in utter joy for simply being alive. Literally.
And I want you to feel the same.

I founded 1-Habit Nutrition for one huge reason, because I want to give back to the world for all the amazing things that has happened to me since I first started in this fitness and nutrition journey in 2010.
See, five years ago, I wasn’t like that picture above. I was like the picture below.
I was happy, indeed I am. But I was unhealthy, obese and I had a YOLO mindset, because you know, let’s have that briyani today, waffles tomorrow and truffle fries this weekend because life’s good.
Life is good – in fact, it truly is – but we only do live once, so why can’t we treat our body with respect and start to feed it good stuffs so it can reward us for the rest of our life?

Positive Body Image
Let me teach you how to accept your body the way it is, away from what society wants you to be so you can feel empowered, strong and confident. You do you and only you can determine your definition of what beautiful is.
Oh, and I’ll show you how to have that slice of cake and still love yourself afterwards.
Eat Mostly Real Food
I don’t believe in diets. Nor do I believe in clean eating. Or cheat days. And I do not advocate to any of the terms. Let me teach you how to eat real food, away from those that are processed or made in factories so you can feel good and healthy overall.
Oh, and occasionally, let’s have that fries and still love yourself afterwards.
Move To YOUR Beat
Just because I powerlift, does not mean I expect you to life a 100kg metal from the ground. If you like Zumba, great. Let’s shake that off. If you hate running, then don’t. Like beauty, only you can determine what you LOVE to do.
There’s not such thing as only do this to get to your goals. As long as you stay vital and active and you’re doing it because you love it, that’s gold.
Oh, and yes, it’s okay to skip a workout because you’re (legitimately) tired and still love yourself afterwards.
