What is 1-Habit TRIBE?
A group of like-minded ladies who shares the same beliefs and mindset when it comes to nutrition, fitness and health and seek to inspire and spread awareness to everyone around them.
TRIBE stands for:
T – True to yourself. There’s nothing to hide. Not even those fats around your waistline. We want you to be true to yourself and not ashamed by who you are.
R – Respect. To others but most importantly, to yourself. Which means everything you do from the moment you join the TRIBE means you’re respecting your body, your mind and your heart. Focus on what you love to do, not because you think it’s good for you.
I – Inspirational. Make the most out of life by not just spreading love within yourself but to the people around you too. Inspire others so they can start on their own journey.
B – Ballsy. Be unafraid. Times are tough? Well you suck, times. You’re going to be stronger than that. Because you’re tougher than times are.
E – Empowered. Put all the first four letters together and you’ll come out empowered, strong and the person you want to be.
1-Habit TRIBE is family. We will be there to help each other bust through nutrition and fitness fads, and go through a journey full of self-discovery, self-acceptance, self-awareness and self-love for the long haul.
Who suits the TRIBE?
First and foremost, there is not a single physical rule that determines your eligibility to join the TRIBE. You don’t have to be skinny, strong or fit. You don’t have to have supermodel looks. You don’t have to look beautiful (although I’m a strong believer that all of us are). You don’t have to be a size 0, have a C cup boobs, or shaped like an hourglass.
All you need to be is someone who is passionate in life-long education and experimenting for their health, fitness and nutrition and embraces long-term change at the same time.
Yes, which means you can be overweight or obese and be part of The TRIBE. You can also be deadlifting twice your bodyweight and be part of The TRIBE. As long as you love yourself, and be open to changes and helping each other discover the best that they can be as an individual.
Do I need to be in Singapore to join the TRIBE?
Absolutely not. Although it’s helpful if you live in Asia as most of the tasks will be Asian specific. You will however miss out on the weekly bootcamps if you don’t live in Singapore but rest assured that 80% of what we do is online so you can be overseas but still be an awesome TRIBAL member.
What are responsibilities of a TRIBAL member?
Being part of the TRIBE makes you our TRIBAL member. Which means we all will come together as one. As long as we are together, we function as one unit – which means whatever thoughts, ideas or knowledge you have about nutrition, fitness and exercise will need to be discussed openly and be accepted by each and everyone of us fully.
As such, being a TRIBAL member comes with responsibilities. They are:
- Love yourself. Really. Nothing is more inspiring than loving yourself.
- Be present and share your weekly tasks on FB/IG, tagging @1habitnutrition and #1habittribe
- Spread awareness when needed and show up to all 1-Habit Nutrition events.
- Show up to every bootcamp session. Attendance will be taken and you’re only allowed to miss 1 session every month. **unless you live overseas
What do you get with the TRIBE?
At this moment, as a TRIBE member, you will:
- Weekly 45-min strength bootcamp session every Saturday
- Weekly nutrition tasks that adds up delivered online on our closed Facebook group. Do the task diligently from the start and you’ll uncover bigger picture of how to eat well and live well.
- A point system where you can get promoted to the next TRIBE level and move on to become a TRIBE leader.
- A 1-Habit TRIBE Under Armour t-shirt or Nashata Modest Activewear with your name printed on it showing you’re part of the TRIBE.
- A huge 25% off any 1-Habit Nutrition programs in the future.
- Exclusive invites to events run by 1-Habit Nutrition.
How much does it cost to join the TRIBE?
TRIBE fees are only $60 for the first month and then $40 for every subsequent month. It’s low because you will be needed to show your responsibilities (like posting of tasks on your social media account). Current 1-Habit Nutrition Coaching Clients (except 12ABT clients) get to join the TRIBE for free.
What is the TRIBE fee used for?
The TRIBE fee is used as an upkeep for the community. There is no monetary benefits for 1-Habit Nutrition per se as all member fees is used to run the community in itself. As a matter of fact, here’s what it’s used for:
- Your Under Armour or Nashata t-shirt at the start.
- Weekly bootcamp venue charges and instructor payments.
- Any events moving forward will be highly subsidised.
We think $40 per month is fair and don’t worry, as the TRIBE grows, there’s a chance the fees will also go down, never higher.
Do I have to have a lot of followers? What if I am not active on social media?
Now because one of the things we live by is to be Inspirational, we do require you to have some sort of an audience. You will be acting as a 1-Habit ambassador so to speak and when you join the Tribe, there’ll be points you can get for posting things up on social media. Moreover, social media is the best way today to spread awareness and I can’t be the only one to educate and inspire others. I know you can too.
That said, you don’t need to have thousands of followers! As a matter of fact, we don’t discriminate your follower count. Instead, when you apply for the TRIBE, we will take into consideration why you want to to join the TRIBE and how you can inspire others in the journey with us. So if you can come up with other means to spread inspiration, by all means let us know! We want to see what you got.
What if I am camera shy or I am an introvert?
You can definitely still join us however you acknowledge that there will be cameras and other filming devices during our sessions and events together. You do have to get involved to make the most out of this, and for you to get results in the process. Don’t worry, you will probably meet people in the process who is as introverted as you so go on, take a stab and apply for the TRIBE!
Will I get results? What’s in it for me?
Of course! Being part of the TRIBE means we are all here for you to support you through this journey. You will be getting our weekly bootcamp sessions conducted by Aqilah or another trainer. On top of that, there will be weekly tasks for you to do on our closed Facebook page, all to help you burn fat, live healthier and get results. The more you put into this, the more you can get out of it. Think of this as a challenge for yourself, take it a week at a time and enjoy the process.

How different is the TRIBE to your other coaching programs?
As the TRIBE is more of a community than a coaching program, you won’t get personalised advice from Aqilah. Instead, you will be completing tasks on a weekly basis that will add up as we go along. The TRIBE is there so you can work together and support each other on this journey. On top of that, you will need to be involved by doing your weekly tasks and posting it on your social media account(s).

Applications open once a month from the 15-20th of that month and is on a first come first served basis. If you’re reading this and it’s not the 15-20th of the month, you can still submit the form. You will be contacted by Aqilah some time between the 15-20th of the month once you have what we’re looking for.
Once your application is successful, you will be required to make payment of $60 via PayPal, bank deposit or credit card online. Once payment has been received, you are officially part of the TRIBE.
